Remember to Hydrate!

It's crucial to stay hydrated when swimming, even though you're surrounded by water. The body loses fluids through sweat and breathing, even in a pool, and dehydration can negatively impact performance and health.

Reminders:

Only cash and checks can be accepted at the front booth,  No credit cards can be processed.

No glass is permitted on the premises.
