HOME/ REGISTRATION INFO & FORMS
Welcome to the 2024 summer season! The Commissioners, Managers and Staff of the Nor-Gwyn Pool look forward to a great time at the pool beginning on Opening Day Saturday, May 25th, 2024. As in years past, we will continue to maintain appropriate COVID-19 safeguards in accordance with government guidelines throughout the 2024 season.

There are two registration periods and three ways to register:

-
Early Registration - March 15 – March 31 for returning members only (those with memberships within the last three years). We encourage all returning members to register prior to March 31.
-
General Registration - April 1 – Until we reach capacity – for new and returning members
1. On-line Registration (preferred, credit card only):
Returning members: You will receive registration documentation via email by March 15th. Please do NOT create a new profile if you have difficulty logging in, instead use the Forgot Password feature to access the registration system. Creating a duplicate profile will invalidate your ID card and cause delays on your first visit.

New members: (if you have not been a member in the past 3 years) Please visit our website, www.norgwynpool.com, during the general registration period and click the member logon button in the upper right-hand corner to begin the new member registration process.

2. Mail-in Registration:
If you need to pay by check, you may download the registration and waiver forms from www.norgwynpool.com. New and returning members mailing in their applications are subject to the same capacity limits and registration availability dates as those registering online.

3. In-Person Registration:
If there are membership slots remaining by opening day (May 25th), registration can be done in person at the front booth. Please note membership slots may be closed before opening day.

During the General Registration period both new and returning memberships will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration for all will close when the pool’s capacity is reached. New and returning members are encouraged to register promptly; available membership slots are likely to be filled quickly, possibly even prior to May 1st.
Once registration is closed you will NOT be able to add additional members to your family membership

COVID-19
We will maintain our increased cleanliness protocols in accordance with government guidelines but anticipate being able to provide complete equipment availability (WIBIT floats, sliding boards and other shared items).
Swim Lessons
University of Swimming will again manage and run their lesson program at NorGwyn Pool. You can contract directly with them for a high-quality swim lesson experience. Check them out at uswim1.com or see the 2024 USwim1 Program Info flyer for additional details.
Other Important Reminders

ID Cards: Members will be using the same bar-coded ID cards from last season. It is imperative you remember your ID cards for each visit – we cannot make exceptions! Lost cards may be replaced for a $5 fee. Access to the pool without your card is subject to a $2 per family service charge. ID cards are not transferrable.

Photos: All patrons must have a photo on file. If you do not have one from last year (or it needs to be updated), please email a photo (headshot) at least one day in advance of your first visit to ngpoolphotos@gmail.com

July 4th: Due to expected high attendance, guest passes will be limited to ONE GUEST PER FAMILY MEMBERSHIP.

Glass: DO NOT BRING GLASS CONTAINERS TO THE POOL. We reserve the right to inspect all bags coming into the facility. The most found prohibited items are drink bottles and baby food jars – please keep ‘em home!
We look forward to seeing you at the pool this season. Thank you for your continued support and patronage.
