A: No, guests must come with a member for an additional fee. From opening to 4:30 it costs $15 per guest, and from 4:30 to closing a guest pass is $8. The member is responsible for their guests for the duration of their visit. There is a strict limit of 5 guests per membership per day.
Q: Does the Nor-Gwyn Pool take credit card or other forms of wireless payment?

A: No, Nor-Gwyn Pool only uses cash or checks. There are ATMs at Wawa and Royal Farms on Beaver Street, and Sumneytown Pike.
Q: Can patrons get a refund due to weather?

A: No, Nor-Gwyn Pool does not offer weather related refunds. Please be sure to check the weather before visiting with guests so they get the most out of their guest pass.
Q: Are patrons allowed to play with balls in the pool?

A: No, Nor-Gwyn Pool does not allow balls in the pool because it puts other patrons at risk of injury.
Q: What lifejackets or floatation devices are allowed?

A: The Nor-Gwyn Pool requires all children that need a flotation device use one that is Coastguard approved. This includes puddle jumpers, and vests with straps that go between the legs. Inflatable flotation devices and swim bubbles are not allowed at the Nor-Gwyn Pool.
Q: Can outside food be brought into the facility?

A: Yes, outside food can be brought into the facility, however glass and alcohol ARE NOT permitted within the premises, and all bags will be checked upon arrival.
Q: Is there a snack stand at the pool?

A: There is a snack stand that is owned and operated by littles between the pool and the playground. The snack stand has its own hours and is not affiliated with Nor-Gwyn Pool.
Q: Are patrons allowed to bring umbrellas into the pool?

A: Yes, small personal umbrellas that attach to chairs are allowed. There are large umbrellas around the premises of the pool. Any umbrella or tent that needs to be staked into the ground is prohibited.
