Registration Information
Early registration: March 15 - March 31 for returning members only (members within the last three years). We encourage all returning members to register during this timeframe.

General Registration: April 1 - compacity met for new and any returning members who did not register during early registration.
Online Registration
Online registration is the preferred method of registration for the summer. This is a credit card only registration method.
Returning members: Registration documentation will be sent via email by March 15. Please DO NOT create a new profile if you have difficulty logging in. Instead use the "Forgot Password" feature. Creating a new account will invalidate your membership cards, and delay your entrance to the pool upon your first visit.
New members: To register go to www.norgwynpool.com and hit "Register Now" at the top of the screen to begin the registration process.
Mail-in Registration
If you wish to pay by check, download and complete the registration and waiver forms from this page. Send completed forms with payment to P.O. Box 1074, North Wales, 19454.

​New and returning members mailing in their applications are subject to the same compacity limits and registration availability dates as those registering online.
In-Person Registration
If there are memberships available by opening day, registration can be done in person at the front booth. The front booth does not have a card reader, and we are a cash and check ONLY facility. Please note that membership slots may be full by opening day. ​
General Information
Important Reminders
Guests: A sponsoring member must register all guests, and guests are required to wear a guest identifier. The members are liable for the conduct of their guests and must remain with their guests while at the facility. The daily guest fee is $15.00 per day per guest. There is a five-guest maximum PER FAMILY MEMBERSHIP ACCOUNT, per day. There are no refunds for inclement weather, closures, etc.

ID cards: Members will be using the same bar coded ID cards from last season. It is imperative you remember your ID cards at each visit - we cannot make exceptions! Lost cards may be replaced for a $5 fee. Access to the pool without your cards is subject to a $2 family service charge. ID cards are non transferrable.

Photos: All patrons must have a photo on file. If you do not have one from last year (or it needs to be updated) Please email a photo (headshot) at least one day in advance to your first visit to ngpoolphotos@gmail.com.
Glass
DO NOT BRING GLASS CONTAINERS INTO THE POOL. We reserve the right to inspect all bags coming into the facility. If found Nor-Gwyn staff is allowed to confiscate any and all glass items. The most commonly found prohibited items are drink bottles and baby food jars - Please, keep 'em home!​
Fourth of July
Due to high expected attendance, guest passes will be limited to one guest per family membership. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Swim Team
Nor-Gwyn Aquatic Club will be practicing and competing this summer. You must be a full time member to be a part of the swim team. More information can be found at the Nor-Gwyn aquatics website.
Swim Lessons
University of Swimming will again manage and run their lesson program at Nor-Gwyn. You can contact them directly for a high-quality swim lesson experience. Check them out on their Facebook or see the 2026 program flyer for additional details.

Guest Waiver Form - Please fill this out prior to arriving at the facility if you are bringing guests
